Topic: Initial interview with client

Topics discussed & Procedures taken: Available team members met with Ms. Gecewicz, head of ESL program at the University of South Alabama. The meeting was recorded for those not able to attend. Of importance was identifying Ms. Gecewicz's primary concerns for the English as a second language program. Two issues were brought up - concern over a recording tool and concern for blocking internet searches during testing.
